7th-9th Grade Tryouts will be Monday, March 28th and Thursday, March 31st and Monday, April 4th and Thursday, April 4th from 6:00-7:30 PM in the main gym at East Lincoln High School (6471 Hwy 73 Denver, NC 28037). Parent Permission, Medical Release, and Information forms are required to tryout. Players should attend each tryout date if possible

10th-11th Grade Tryouts will be on the same dates from 7:30-9:00 PM.

Chip Ashley, Director of the Denver Nuggets Travel Basketball teams, announces the date for the 25th annual basketball camp at East Lincoln High School.

Camp Date
June 28-July 1
(7th-10th Graders 8:30 AM-12:00 PM)
(2nd-6th Graders 1:00-4:00 PM)
Both camps are for boys and girls rising 2nd-10th grade and will be held at East Lincoln High School.

Coach Ashley plans to present a camp like ones that he has instructed at Erskine College, Gardner-Webb, High Point, and Winthrop Universities. “I am excited about the basketball camps at East Lincoln High School. The objectives of the camp are quite simple: I want campers to have fun and to improve their fundamental skills in all aspects of basketball."

These are the costs for the camp:
Preregister – $65.00 Day of Camp – $75.00

There will be a $10.00 discount for families with two children enrolled in the camps.

The Denver Nuggets Travel boys’ basketball teams will be holding tryouts for the following 2021 season teams: 7th-11th Grade Boys Monday, April 19th and Thursday, April 22nd and Monday, April 27th and Thursday, April 29th from 6:30-8:00 PM in the competition gym at East Lincoln High School (6471 Hwy 73 Denver, NC 28037)

All basketball players in Lincoln and surrounding counties are encouraged to tryout.
